At SMSSURE.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Service Cancellation

You may request cancellation by contacting support before work starts.

Cancellation rules:

  • If service/work has not started → cancellation possible

  • If service/work already started → cancellation may not be possible

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
✅ Payment was made but service was not initiated
✅ Duplicate payment made by customer
✅ Technical issue from our side that prevents service delivery

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refund is NOT applicable for:

  • Domain registration and renewal (once registered)

  • Hosting purchased/activated

  • VPS/server setup once provisioned

  • Website design/development once work has started

  • Third-party plugin/theme/license purchases

  • Any setup/installation charges

4. Refund Process Timeline

  • Refund request must be made within 7 days of payment

  • After approval, refund processing takes 7–10 business days

  • Refund will be made to the same payment method used

5. Partial Refund

In some cases, partial refund may apply based on:

  • Work underprocess

  • Resources not allocated

  • Transaction charges / gateway fees (failed payment)

6. How to Request Refund

Include:

  • Order ID / Invoice number

  • Payment screenshot/transaction ID

  • Reason for refund request
